About
About Pete Gauthier
At the age of seven I learned how to play D, G, A on the guitar. A year later, I was playing with the music team at church. When I was twelve, I learned how to play the stand up bass. At the age of eighteen, I went to Bible College and played bass on the worship team. After graduating with an associates degree in theology, I led worship in Westchester County, NY for three years. As time has passed, and my involvement in music ministry has continued, my desire to write songs has increased. I wrote my first song in 1993 called “Long Time Coming.” Since then my desire to write praise and worship tunes has grown. My prayer is that my songs touch your heart with an ever-increasing desire to bless the Lord in song, and hearts be drawn into a closer walk with Him.
Best regards,
Pete Gauthier
